Preseason Tournament Begins!

Ladies and gentlemen, it's September 16th, and that can only mean one thing! The FGHL is back! We've gone through the offseason, the expansion draft, and the full draft, and now we're ready to see how the seven FGHL franchises fair against one another for the first time!

The Rules

Every single FGHL team will play every other FGHL team at least once before the Preseason Tournament begins. Two points will be awarded to for wins, one point for overtime and shootout losses, and no points for losses. Tiebreakers will be decided through standard rules.

Games not decided within three periods in the pretournament games will go to a four on four, five minute sudden death overtime period. Should that not decide anything, a shootout will take place. There will always be a winner and a loser.

The top four teams at the end of the initial games will participate in the tournament. They will face each other in seven game series, with continuous five on five overtime periods to decide the winner should the games last long enough.

Day 5:
KAN vs ZAZ
HAN vs MIS
CFB vs HAM

HAN vs ZAZ
MIS vs SPR

Day 7:
KAN vs HAM
HAN vs SPR
ZAZ vs CFB
